2025 Annual Meeting Registration

As a member-owned credit union, our Annual Meeting is a crucial element of the Greater Nevada experience. It’s a time for us to gather and reflect on the past year’s accomplishments and review the financial state of the credit union.

Our annual gathering will again take place virtually this year. Registering in advance is required to receive instructions on how to attend and participate via a computer or smartphone. Frequently asked questions about the meeting and the use of Zoom are provided further below.

  • Where is the Annual Meeting taking place?

    Virtually, via the web-conferencing platform Zoom.

  • I’ve registered for the Annual Meeting, what’s next?

    Your membership will be verified based on the information provided. If it does not match the information on file, please expect an email and/or phone call within 2 business days of submission. After being confirmed, you will be included in an email scheduled to be sent out to registered participants containing the necessary links to join the meeting.

  • I’ve never used Zoom before, how does it work?

    Zoom is a popular platform for meeting with others online. You can join the Zoom meeting on any computer or mobile device connected to the internet by clicking the link in the email you will receive after this call and entering the provided Meeting ID and Passcode. If you don’t have access to a device connected to the internet, there will also be an audio-only option to call in from a phone. To maintain the integrity of the meeting, all members will join the meeting with their cameras and microphones automatically turned off.

  • I don’t have a computer or smartphone for Zoom, is there another way I can join?

    Instructions to join by phone will be included in the email scheduled to be sent out to registered participants.

  • What if I don’t have an email address to register with?

    If you do not have an email address, then please call our Member Outreach team at (775) 326-6790 and ask to register for the Annual Meeting as a phone-only participant. Dial-in information to attend the Annual Meeting will be shared via a phone call to registered phone-only participants.

  • Can I participate during the Annual Meeting?

    As a member-owner, we value your input. Because of the large number of attendees, all members will begin the meeting with their cameras and microphones automatically turned off.

    You will be asked to vote at certain times by “raising your hand.” This is a feature within Zoom that lets others know you are participating when prompted. You can learn more about this feature here. Our leadership and moderators will explain when this option will be available to you during the meeting.
