Community Impact

GNCU is collecting food, toys, winter clothes, and monetary donations at branches from Nov. 4 – Dec. 11 with all items going to local charitable organizations in their communities to make the holidays a little brighter for those in need.

GNCU believes in community empowerment for positive change. That’s why we created the Live Greater Grant program to support local nonprofits making a difference in Nevada and improving our communities.

GNCU’s annual scholarship program helps more people pursue their undergraduate, technical, or trade school education goals. We’ve awarded $671,500 in scholarships to 449 recipients since the program began in 2000.

GNCU’s members, employees, and other supporters unite each summer to collect and donate new school supplies to help local students start the new school year on the right foot.

GNCU is committed to helping teens and young adults in our communities learn financial responsibility. We’re proud to partner with the RMJ Foundation to bring the Bite of Reality simulation to teens across Nevada.
