As a business member, you have access to most of the features mentioned for personal members along with these additional services for an easy banking solution that fits your business, schedule, and all your transactional needs.
Please Note: If you have both personal and business GNCU accounts, each account will have its own unique username so you can manage each account separately.
- Assign users and control levels to have greater control of who has access to your accounts, such as accountants, managers, and staff.
- Authentication at login and when releasing ACH/wire transfers (2-factor authentication available).
- Initiate wire transfers to send money domestically or internationally.1
- Easily manage ACH payments, receipts, and payroll.1
- The Sentinel Security feature monitors and analyzes your company’s transactions and user data in real time to identify suspicious transactions and suspends them before they take place. Qualifications are required for this feature, please contact Commercial Services to learn more.
- Link your QuickBooks account to your business account for a seamless financial management experience.
- Additional Account Alerts for transactions like payroll.
QuickBooks Linking
If linking from within Digital Banking:
While viewing your account history, click on the export arrow and QuickBooks will now be listed as an option. You’ll use this file to connect to QuickBooks Web Connect. You will see the listing named as Greater Nevada CU WC.
If linking from within QuickBooks Direct Connect:
Follow the steps provided by QuickBooks to login and link to your GNCU business account. You will see the listing named as Greater Nevada CU DC.
