Greater Nevada Credit Union (GNCU) values its users’ online privacy. Users of the Greater Nevada Credit Union mobile banking application downloaded from Google Play and the Apple App Store can access various features, some of which may require permission. Post Notifications | Enabling post notifications allows you to receive notifications regarding transactions and accounts. |
Contacts | Access to your contacts allows you to make person-to-person payments, such as those through Zelle®, if you opt-in. |
Biometrics | Access to biometrics and fingerprints stored on your phone allows you to log in to your account without using a password. |
Application Information | Usage data based on your specific device is tracked and collected when you download and use the application. |
If the GNCU mobile app collects sensitive information from your mobile device that is not disclosed here, we will notify you before doing so.
Why We Collect Information and For How Long
We are collecting your data for several reasons:
- To better understand your needs and provide you with the services you have requested;
- To fulfill our legitimate interest in improving our services and products;
