All Members
If your debit card is suspended, your transactions are denied, or you have been contacted by Card Member Security, call our Member Resource Center at (775) 882-2060 or (800) 421-6674.
If your GNCU Visa debit is lost or stolen, you can also utilize the GNCU Cards app to turn your card off and lock it. The GNCU Cards app is free for Apple and Android devices, and is available for both personal and business debit cards.
