Greater Nevada eBranch System Requirements
It is important to us at Greater Nevada that you have the fastest, most secure, most reliable access to your accounts online. As
part of this continuing effort, we may add enhancements or new features to eBranch that older browsers and operating systems may not support. eBranch
is best viewed using:
Additional browser plug-ins may be required such as Acrobat Reader
(version 6 or higher) and Adobe Flash Player. To find out if

Which Version am I Using?
If you are not sure what version of Internet Explorer, Firefox®, or SafariTM you are using, follow these steps:
Windows:
- With the browser open, click on "Help" on the menu bar
- Scroll down to "About Internet Explorer" or "About Firefox"
- The top line of the resulting window displays what browser version you are using
Macintosh:
- With the browser open, click "Safari" in the top left corner
- Scroll down to "About Safari"
- The line under the title of the browser displays the browser version you are using
Clearing Your Cache
When you visit a web page, your browser often saves a "cached" version of the page. If changes are made to the web page after your browser has cached it,
you may not see the most current version of the page next time you visit it. If you are having trouble viewing your accounts, you may need to clear your cache.
Internet Explorer:
- With the browser open, click on "Tools" and scroll down to "Internet Options"
- In the window that pops up, under "Browsing History", choose "Delete"
- Select "Delete All" at the bottom of the resulting window
Firefox:
- With the browser open, click on "Tools" and scroll down to "Clear Private Data"
- In the resulting window, make sure "Cache" is selected
- Click "Clear Private Data Now"
Safari:
- With the browser open, click on "Safari" in the upper left corner of your screen
- Choose "Empty Cache" from the dropdown menu
- In the window that pops up, click "Empty"
