Signing up for eStatements on eBranch
Greater Nevada will notify you via email that your eStatement is ready for download through our eBranch online
banking site. This new method, which replaces emailing you a direct link to your eStatement, will provide increased
security, as well as greater convenience, since your eStatements will always be available directly through eBranch.
Please note the following instructions for accessing your eStatement through this new process:
Ensure that you are signed up for eBranch. If you are not signed up for eBranch, click the eBranch button on the left,
then click the Enroll Online tab in the left-hand navigation menu. After completing the Enhanced Authentication Enrollment,
you may now use eBranch. The eStatement option will be available at the end of the next business day after you enroll.
If you are already an eBranch user and the option to use eStatements is not available, verify that we have a current email
address on file by clicking on Personal Information under Options. If you are still experiencing inaccessibility, please call
our Member Resource Center at (775) 882-2060 or (800) 421-6674.
Visit gncu.org, click on the eBranch icon on the left, and enter your login ID & security code. Below the Account tab on the
left-hand navigation menu, click on the eStatement link.
Confirm that you would like an electronic statement by choosing the electronic (via Internet) button. Click submit changes.
Read the disclosure. If you accept it, click Accept at the bottom of the screen.
This setup procedure is only required the first time you retrieve your eStatement through eBranch. After this, simply log into
eBranch, below the Account tab, click on eStatement and retrieve your monthly statement. If you have more than one account, you
can choose which account you wish to view from the dropdown menu.
