If you're already an eBranch user, you can start using ePay right away, by logging into eBranch,
selecting the "Self Service" tab at the top of the screen and choosing "ePay" from the "Additional Services" menu. Please allow additional
time for payments to reach your payees during the first month after you begin using ePay. Electronic payees
must be confirmed by the system before they can begin receiving payments. Payments during the first payment
cycle may take up to 5 business days to be processed. Once the status of electronic payees is confirmed,
electronic payments should be processed within the normal 2-business-day period. Please note: Payments scheduled
on a weekend or holiday will reschedule on the previous business day
If you are not currently an eBranch and ePay user and would like to become one, you may
enroll online by clicking "eBranch", and then
clicking the Enroll Online link in the left hand navigation bar.
