24/7 Call Center

In partnership with our Shared Branching Network, we are excited to offer you the expansion of our Member Resource Center hours. Now, when you call us at (775) 882-2060 or (800) 421-6674 we are available to answer your calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

After our regular business hours, (M-F 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.) your calls will be answered by the Shared Branch Call Center. Should a need arise that requires special consideration your call will be forwarded to a representative with instructions to contact you by the end of the next business day.
